X-TRAC is designed for all major brands of mini-excavators operating in North America. The X-TRAC jointless rubber track is a third generation track design. Produced by integrating steel cord, metal core and rubber components together, the finished product forms a continuous jointless belt. The rubber track is stabilized from slipping off the undercarriage as the iron core component attaches to the sprocket.

With X-TRAC every second lug is seated on one metal core and the adjacent lugs straddle two metal cores. The lugs on the other side of the track are positioned to ensure that each metal core in the track has one fully seated lug. This reduces the possibility of track weakness due to tearing.

Construction of X-TRAC incorporates 3 wound up metal cores which results in increased bend ability of the track when the crawler is in action. This results in low vibration and reduction in noise level which leads to less driver fatigue - therefore improved safety

X-TRAC's edges are designed with thicker rubber added between the lugs. This reduces the incidence of slicing of the edges resulting a longer operating cycle.

Lugs on both sides of X-TRAC face each other in opposite direction to allow a bi-directional driving behavior. Feel of forward and reverse motion characteristics of the machine is similar. Tracks are interchangeable and an be rotated at any time.

X-TRAC's uniform and small lug size ensures consistent high performance with enhanced grip & traction while maintaining a smaller contact surface.

The rubber track is capable of twice the traction compared to wheeled vehicles of the same weight. It gives diversified and superior operation capabilities.

Light Weight and High Speed
In terms of towing, the rubber track performs better than wheels. Because it is lighter than steel track, it enables heavy machinery to move faster and gives better towing capability.
